GCU was planning to do a CSR activity called 3R Program: Recycle, Reuse and Reduce. One of the idea to ensure the 3R program a success, came about when Mr. Alan from GCU, spotted Jumble Station in Jaya One, selling pre- loved items to support single parents who are in dire need. Without wasting much time, GCU begin collecting pre-loved items from all staff members such as books, accessories, kitchen ware and many more which are still in good condition.
GCU also extended an invitation to PWP's Social Coordinator, Ms. Jaya to share about PWP’s noble cause to 28 staffs. During the talk, many inspired to work together to help the community and glad to know GCU’s staffs are also sharing their time and resources within their means, to support the underprivileged community. Kudos!
After the talk, a cash donation of RM500.00 was presented together with a framed certificate as a token of appreciation, by GCU Consultant Sdn Bhd Director, Ms. Sharmeelee to PWP’s Social Coordinator, Ms. Jaya.B.
