Parents Without Partners participated in a charity bazaar, which was held recently in Monash University for 2 days. PWPs’ aim to take part in the bazaar was to, seek volunteers, raise funds and create awareness. Glad many responded to our volunteer program and bought items to support PWP cause. Some even supported by donating pre-loved items too.
PWP iron lady co-founder Lian See, social coordinator Jaya.B, and volunteer Angeline, worked together with Monash Volunteer Program (MVP) coordinator Ceryn, to make this event a success! Each of them, gave handouts, sharing about PWP cause and selling items (which was reasonably cheap by the way). Ceryn and her team were very helpful to unload and load boxes of items such as books, accessories, and help to display them to sell. Glad that we had such great help from these students during the entire event. Thanks for volunteering!
